Terms and Conditions

At Everlasting Notes, each song is lovingly crafted to reflect your unique love story. To ensure a smooth and transparent creative journey, please take note of the following terms:

1. Creation Timeline

Each custom song requires a minimum of two (2) weeks to complete from the time we receive all the required details and materials. Longer turnaround times may apply for more complex projects, as agreed upon in advance.

Revisions

You are entitled to up to three (3) revisions after receiving your initial version of the song. Additional revisions may incur a small additional fee.

2. Payments & Cancellations

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your booking and begin the creative process.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final track.

  • If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover time and production costs.

  • Once the final track has been delivered, no refunds will be issued for work completed.

3. Creative Process

At Everlasting Notes, we pour our heart, craft, and artistry into every composition. Each song is inspired by your story, but shaped through our professional creative process to ensure the final piece is musically cohesive, emotionally resonant, and of the highest quality.

While we collaborate closely with you to capture the essence of your relationship the songwriting and production are inherently creative and may evolve naturally along the way to achieve the best outcome.

By commissioning a bespoke composition, the Client acknowledges and accepts that the final creative interpretation may differ from initial ideas or references, while always remaining true to the sentiment and story shared.

4. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you will receive a personal license to use and share your custom song for private, wedding, and related personal purposes. Everlasting Notes retains authorship and production rights and may feature excerpts for promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
